First Stop is looking for caring and compassionate volunteers to help with our Shower Program for the homeless community of Huntsville. This is a great opportunity to interact with our clients and a hands-on way to become involved. Volunteers will be trained upon arrival, and we will provide everything that is needed (towels, toiletry items, cleaning supplies, and gloves). Mondays through Fridays between 9am-12pm, volunteers will sign clients up for showers, pass out toiletries, and wipe down the showers and sinks in between each use.
